Q: What is an ADU? An ADU, or Accessory Dwelling Unit, is a small, independent living space built on the same property as a primary home. They're also known as granny flats, back houses, or in-law suites.
Q: How do I list my ADU? Once you create an account, simply click “Add a Listing.” Enter your property details, upload photos, and publish your listing. You can manage your ADU directly from your dashboard.
Q: Are there any listing fees? We offer both free and paid plans. Paid plans include premium placement and visibility options such as Featured Listings to help attract more renters.
Q: Can agents or property managers post listings? es! Licensed agents and managers are welcome to list ADUs on behalf of property owners.

Q: How do I contact a homeowner or agent? Each listing includes a secure contact form so you can message the owner or agent directly without exposing your personal email or phone number.
Q: Are listings verified? We review new listings for accuracy and authenticity to help protect renters from scams or misleading posts.
Q: Can I save listings or get alerts? Yes, registered users can save favorite listings and receive email alerts when new ADUs become available in their area.
